Activity Objective: To practice various creative art techniques will implementing visual sensory skills.

Materials Needed:
  1. Salad spinner
  2. Paper 
  3. Paint 
  4. Scissors

Procedures/Strategies:
  1. Cut hearts out of red paper 
  2. Place them in salad spinner. 
  3. Squirt paint of various colours. 
  4. Spin the spinner.
  5. Remove heart and let dry. 
  6. Optional: Make these into Valentine’s Day cards.

Guidance and Safety Considerations:

Paint is messy, take necessary precaution, make sure use of scissors is careful and age appropriate.
