Activity Objective: To create a mother’s day gift for all the wonderful mothers in our community.

Materials Needed:
  1. Plastic forks
  2. Paint 
  3. Green paper 
  4. Note card
  5. Scissors
  6. Glue

Procedures/Strategies:
  1. Paint the handles of the plastic forks green. 
  2. Paint the prongs of the forks in various colours. 
  3. Cut strips of green paper into the shape of a leaf. 
  4. Glue them onto the ‘stem’ of the flower. 
  5. Allow to dry. 
  6. While drying, write a note card for mom. You can then place the note card in the prongs of the forks in the bouquet.
