Materials Needed:


• Paper or styrofoam cup

• Yellow construction paper

• Yellow paint

• Paintbrush

• Marker

• Glue

• Scissors

Procedures/Strategies:

1. Paint the entire cup yellow, including the inside, and set it aside to dry.

2. Cut out two trophy-style handles from yellow construction paper to fit the cup.

3. Cut a yellow circle to match the size of the cup’s opening.

4. Once the cup is dry, write “World’s Best Dad” on the front with a marker.

5. Glue the circle to the bottom of the cup as the trophy base.

6. Attach the handles on either side of the writing.

7. Optional: Fill the trophy with small gifts or use it as a pencil holder.
