Developmental Goal/Activity Objective: To practice creative art skills while showing appreciation for Father’s Day.

Materials Needed:
  1. Coloured paper 
  2. Markers 
  3. Scissors 
  4. Googly eyes
  5. Glue

Procedures/Strategies:
  1. Draw out a monster and cut it out. 
  2. Trace the children’s hand and cut extra length attached to the hand for an arm. Make two pieces like this. 
  3. Glue the arms onto the back of the monster. 
  4. Decorate the monster with spots and googly eyes. 
  5. Write a personal message on the monster.
