Activity Objective: To practice creative art skills while showing appreciation for Father’s Day.

Materials Needed:
  1. Paper 
  2. Paints 
  3. Markers
  4. Craft popsicle sticks 
  5. Glue stick
  6. Paintbrushes      
  7. Eye stickers or googly eyes

Procedures/Strategies:
  1. Draw the shape of a popsicle and any other accessories you would like to add. Source site has a template available. Let children colour or paint the popsicle. 
  2. Cut it out and write the message on it, such as “Dad, you’re the coolest!” 
  3. Glue the pieces together on a popsicle stick.
