a. PLEASE NOTE ALL INSTRUCTIONS BELOW ARE TAKEN EXACTLY FROM SOURCE SITE TO PRESERVE THE DIRECTIONS
b. Collect some sticks, twigs, leaves and rocks when on a nature walk before doing this activity.
c. Start by cutting out the shape of an owl from your cardboard. Lay out your sticks on your cardboard shape, adjusting them to make them straight and break off or cutting any pieces to make them fit the shape.
d. Use glue to glue all the sticks onto the cardboard. Then glue your leaves on for wings, your rocks for eyes and another small stick for a beak.
e. Use chalk (maybe get it wet) to colour in the yes, the beak and to add some fun colour and feature texture onto your owl craft.
Make sure twigs don’t have any jagged edges that could slice children’s fingers.
