Paper Chain Snake
Age: 1-3 IT
Curriculum Area: Fine Motor
Developmental Goal/Activity Objective: To practice fine motor skills associated with scissor use and folding.
Materials Needed:
1. Construction paper
2. Scissors
3. Glue or stapler
Procedures/Strategies:
a. Cut strips of construction paper
b. Make them into loops one by one by securing each consecutive loop into the previous one.
c. Draw on or put on googly eyes on the first loop to make the face.
